Fishing in Resurrection Bay and the North Gulf Coast have been excellent as of late. Halibut, King Salmon have been caught and now the Silver Salmon are showing up!

Temperatures have been in the mid-to high 70’s F and we have seen above average water temperatures as well, up to 54 F. The normal average for June is 50 F. Previous years fishing with warmer temperature only slightly affected fishing; salmon were caught at deeper depths. Some warmer water fish have been showing just as in previous years and will make for some interesting fish tales!

The forecast calls for gorgeous weather this weekend!
Friday – Sunday calling for high 60’s and low 70’s.
